Currently seeking a Sales Representative for a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of selling to clients in any of the following industries: Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Construction Industries, Modular Building Industries and who can manage and oversee the successful execution of any new installation projects within any of these industries. This person will be focusing on finding clients with any new applications for our Insulated panels, including the industries which are mentioned above. This person should have the technical ability to review a client's requirements onsite, take the necessary measurements and details and present this information back to our estimating dept clearly enough for them to be able to compile an accurate quotation. Achieve growth and sales targets in your sales region. Identify leads, manage, and call on prospects to acquire new business. Determine customer needs and provide accurate information to the estimators for quoting. Prepare and deliver quotations and follow up with key decision makers. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs and offering solutions to these needs. Present weekly sales reports and realistic forecasts for sales pipeline. Develop and maintain an awareness of market behaviour and competitive trends and respond accordingly. Achieve annual and monthly sales performance targets while also achieving budgeted GP. Regular meetings with the branch General Manager, to review weekly activities, progress, and pipeline insights to customers. Project management of your sales will also be required from start to end of any installation or repair jobs. Any other functions or project work your General Manager may require you to perform or assist with from time to time. Matric Sales Experience - Business to Business Salary is between R20k – R25k basic per month, GP based commission, medical aid, provident fund, car allowance, fuel card, cell phone and laptop.
