Our Client is looking for Sales Rep in Midrand Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Create and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales cycle. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Offer customised solutions and recommend the most suitable LPG products for each customer's specific needs. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on LPG industry trends, regulations, and Falcon Gas products. Educate customers on the benefits and advantages of using Falcon Gas LPG products. Effectively communicate technical information and safety procedures to customers. Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present competitive pricing proposals to potential customers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions while ensuring they align with company policies and profitability targets. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the LPG industry. Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities and customer interactions adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements. Promote safe handling and use of LPG products among customers. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue. Provide regular reports to management, detailing sales performance, Must have Own Car (Comm to be discussed in an interview) Qualifications and Requirements: • Suitable qualification in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the LPG or energy industry. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of LPG safety regulations and industry standards. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks. • Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • market insights, and recommendations.
