SALES REPRESENTATIVE PPE Equipment Witbank CTC - R13 000 BASIC PLUS COMMISSION To promote and sell the total solution concept to all customers per your and your team's client list To promote the sales of the company in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures To project a proper image of yourself and the organisation at all times Objectives and Responsibilities To promote new business through an organised and outgoing prospecting system To produce a regular planning list which covers your territory effectively and economical on a weekly basis To render informative call reports on a daily basis To investigate and maintain an up to date and competitive customer recording system To report any significant competitive activity in your territory To investigate new lines that may sell well in your area with a view to perhaps adding to Companies range To approach all situations with the organisation’s point of view and welfare in mind To ensure that all orders are completed in 7 days or the date the client requires To submit weekly an accurate and comprehensive report detailing your activities, problems, and opportunities To submit orders prior 15h00 for the next day’s delivery To follow up with any outstanding orders in dispatch Log and immediately attend to customer complaints and see to it that appropriate action is taken by the relevant department Attend weekly sales meetings Performance based Assessments The parties agree that the Employee will be assessed quarterly each year on the sales performance with the Sales Manager To achieve the sales target which is set by management and agreed by you If you do not achieve your quarterly target two quarters in a row, the failure to reach the target will be constructed as sufficient grounds for dismissal General Always be on time To have the ability to take responsibility for performance of duties. To be able to organise and prioritise work. To be able to communicate with clients and co-workers To offer superior service to clients. To assist to keep the appearance of office neat and tidy. Teamwork Assist management with any other reasonable requests Your overtime should be limited Proficient in Afrikaans Reside in Witbank
