Primary Role Accountabilities

The Sales Specialist will understand the manage print solution sales cycle, with the aim to gain and retain annuity clients.
Support sales efforts with in- depth product and business knowledge
Producing detailed costing for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
To work with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio

Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Matric Certificate
Bachelors degree or suitable IT qualification preferred
Printer Vendor certifications and qualifications
Print Management software certification
4 to 5 years experience in a similar role
Previous experience working within a sales specialist position
Must be a subject matter expert with extensive print, software and solutions experience
An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand
