• Provide technical support to customers for the installation, commissioning, and use of ATESS products • Manage regional equipment files and provide remote support for general technical issues • Respond quickly to on-site service requests and provide support for product transformations and upgrades • Handle customer complaints and promptly complete product fault repairs • Visit key customers regularly or irregularly to understand their needs and equipment operation, and expand customer relationships • Major in electrical engineering, electronic information engineering, or automation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Understanding of power electronics technology and pre-sales/after-sales technical support experience in UPS power supply, photovoltaic inverters, battery inverters, battery technologies, EV charging stations, or other power supply industries • Deep understanding of basic communication topics such as TCP/IP, SIP communication, Modbus, and RS485 • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate daily in English and Afrikaans • Frequent travel to the Southern Africa regions • Understanding of the importance of teamwork collaboration and precise reporting of site activities • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive safely and efficiently Afrikaans speaking
