Enhancement of triage process and first time resolution along with proactive parts recommendation ordering.

2 to 5 years' experience technical experience in SAMSUNG products and processes.
2 to 5 years' experience in reporting and technical analysis.
2 to 5 years' experience in process re-engineering (Six Sigma etc.)
