Phakisa Holdings is looking for Scaffolder Supervisor in Pretoria area Coordinate with site managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to plan scaffolding activities. Supervise and direct scaffolding crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and construction schedules. Oversee the erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Ensure scaffolding materials are used efficiently and effectively, minimizing waste. Enforce safety regulations and standards related to scaffolding operations. Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks with scaffolding teams. Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, inspections, and incidents. Prepare daily reports and documentation as required by project management. Monitor the quality of scaffolding installations and ensure compliance with design specifications. Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions. 2-3 years experience as Scaffolder supervisor. Demonstrated knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Grade12/Matric R47.70 Per Hour
