KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, confirm, and validate orders. Processing of orders and quotes. Confirm Pricing and Price Agreements Product listing on all new deals. Management of existing listing Order portal management. Attend to retail sales team telephone calls. Assisting externals when required. Confirm all rejections on new stock from stores Maintain a high level of customer service. Understand and assist with all operations and logistical problems. Interact, coordinate, and assist the warehouse. Maintaining and updating the filing system. Create and maintain data control sheets of all incoming orders, start to end. Order tracking. Follow up and communicate with RTT on deliveries and arrange collections. Assisting with customer complaints that are not being resolved by technical. Assist Debtors with RTM's POD's etc. Assisting the retail team with all administrative work. Interact, coordinate, and assist with the warehouse. Effectively prioritize the retail workload and manage time. Manage Service Provider invoices and payments with AP. Create Sundry Purchase Orders for Service Providers. Service provider reconciliation. Manage Extended Warranty, approvals and reconciliation. Assist AR and Technical with warranty claims on the debtors book. REQUIREMENTS Matric with mathematics is essential, a Sales and Marketing tertiary qualification and/or a relevant diploma will be an advantage Two (2) to three (3) years ' working experience in a sales environment is essential. Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry will be an advantage. Excellent computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and presentation skills. Service quality orientated.
