Key responsibility

All broking functions to service existing clients
Completing all documentation for clients (invoices, cover summaries, closings, quote slips, placing slips etc) in a timely fashion
Ensuring attention to all client queries expeditiously
Completion of tasks as per requested timeframes
Inspection of all documentation to client for compliance
Meeting with clients regularly and making regular phone contacts
Carrying out client evaluation on our service
Attending to renewals 3 months prior to expiry dates
Utilization of templates as per the company client service model
Working with the CEO on large clients
