We want YOU to join our innovative team Role Overview: The Senior Business Analyst is a key contributor to the organization's success by analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, facilitate communication, and support the implementation of solutions and processes. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business and functional requirements. Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's goals. Solution Design and Documentation: Translate business requirements into clear business cases, user stories, and process flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective and efficient solutions that address business needs. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive informed business decisions. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Project Management and Collaboration: Participate in project planning, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into project deliverables. Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and other team members to ensure successful solution delivery. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate workshops or discussions to gather input from stakeholders and subject matter experts. Quality Assurance and Testing Support: Review and validate test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of solutions. Support testing efforts by clarifying requirements, resolving issues, and verifying that the solution meets business needs. Mentoring and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices. Lead by example and contribute to the professional development of the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Industrial Engineer Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of successful project contributions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation techniques. Familiarity with business analysis tools and software. Desired Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and practices. Process modelling Understanding of software development lifecycle and project management principles. Industry-specific knowledge related to the fresh produce and/or logistics industry. Salary negotiable based on experience
