Job Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate JAD sessions
- Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Implement change management processes to drive business improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Industrial Engineering Degree or related field
- Proficiency in Dynamics NAV and Advanced Excel
Experience:
- Prior experience in a Business Analyst role
- Experience in project management
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of change management principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Business Analysis
- Experience in the IT and FMCG industries
Working Conditions:
This position is based in the City of Cape Town, with occasional travel to other locations as required. The role involves working full-time hours in a dynamic IT and Internet environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
