Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability. Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to provide accurate and timely financial insights to senior management. Coordinate and oversee import and export financial activities, ensuring efficient and compliant transactions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive financial performance. Liaise with international stakeholders and adapt to the unique requirements of a Japanese corporate environment. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accountant Science BCom Honours / CTA CA(SA) Experience: Completed SAICA Articles 6/8 years post experience in a financial management role within a multinational organisation. Extensive knowledge of import and export financial operations. Strong understanding of international financial standards and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a demanding and culturally diverse environment. Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate and succeed in a challenging corporate culture.
