Key Responsibilities:

Model Development: Create, develop, and document predictive credit models across the credit life cycle.
Risk Analysis: Examine portfolio-level data to pinpoint key risk factors and formulate solutions.
Target Forecasting: Establish and review monthly targets, working with the BI data team to ensure successful dashboard implementation.
Performance Reporting: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, offering strategic insights to boost collections.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Deliver analytical support across various projects and to multiple stakeholders.
Champion/Challenger Strategies: Propose and execute strategies to enhance portfolio profitability.
Operational Integration: Support operations in improving collections outcomes through data-driven methodologies.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of advanced analytics experience in credit risk and/or collections strategies management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
