Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
BTech / BSc in IT / Relevant Scientific Degree / Advanced or Higher Diploma
5+ years data analysis experience with a solid understanding and working knowledge of relational databases (eg. Teradata, Oracle, SQL, SAS)
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
Budgeting demonstrate cost consciousness / awareness and an understanding of financial processes
Customer excellence Create solutions to meet customer demands; take ownership of problems; resolve customer complaints
Projects action/deliver project plan to ensure deadlines are met; deliver interpretive analysis of systems & processes
Business process perform statistical analysis; source, extract, collate, clean and redesign relevant data; queries, cleans & mines large data sets; conduct linear & logistic regression, time-series analysis, and classification model; develop improved methodologies; ensure quality of data is measured, tracked and reported on; define and evaluate option and develop business case for proposed best solution; prepare and present findings; facilitate workshops and JAD sessions; analyses service delivery processes and improve thereon
Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
