They lead complicated and high-risk projects, drawing from their vast experience to guide multiple teams towards successful outcomes. Providing strategic direction: They contribute to strategic decision-making, steering the direction of product and service delivery. Skills Advanced commercial and financial acumen: They're proficient in overseeing the commercial and financial aspects of high-risk projects. Leadership and mentorship skills: Their strong leadership creates a more effective and engaging learning environment for less experienced team members. Communication: They're adept at effectively communicating and negotiating with senior-level management. Requirements Extensive delivery management experience: Their role requires a deep understanding of delivery management gained from years of experience in the field.
