Key Responsibilities: Innovative Design: Lead the design and development of renewable energy systems, including solar, wind, and energy storage solutions. Project Leadership: Manage design projects from concept to implementation, ensuring they meet technical specifications, budget constraints, and timelines. Technical Excellence: Provide expert technical guidance and oversight, ensuring the highest quality and performance standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and environmental specialists, to deliver integrated solutions. Sustainability Focus: Drive the adoption of sustainable design practices and materials, enhancing the environmental impact of our projects. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our design processes. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on design engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and other relevant design software. Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex design projects, with strong organizational and leadership skills. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
