- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the SSA Segment/Regional strategy for Fintech Digital Partnerships and Ventures.
- Business Development: Identify strategic opportunities, structure business cases, and lead negotiations to close scalable partnership deals.
- Innovation & Growth: Work with the innovation team to recommend and implement creative approaches to grow clients' businesses.
- Collaboration: Align cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and ensure effective delivery of payment solutions.
- Client-Centric Focus: Enhance client satisfaction, maximize profitability, and maintain the organisation's market leadership in SSA.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of relevant sales and management experience in the mobile, software, hardware, or technology services industry.
- In-depth understanding of the SSA payment landscape and a proven business development record in the region.
- Experience in the payments or financial services industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales efforts and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelors degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
