Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to join a diverse group of individuals working together in a fast paced environment. The Senior Financial will be responsibilities include the assurance that all transactions, reconciliations, and reporting are accounted for accurately. Duties include, but not limited to: Financial reporting: 1. Monthly / quarterly management reports 2. Analytical reporting 3. Data Integrity Corporate Governance: 1. Board reporting and minutes 2. Audits 3. Tax management and compliance 4. Regulatory requirements 5. Transfer pricing governance 6. Contracts management Funds and Assets Management: 1. Forecasts and going concern 2. Cash flow 3. CAPEX Robust and critical systems and controls: 1. ERP 2. Policies and procedures Finance staffing: 1. Structure maintenance 2. KPI management Areas of responsibility: Essential Criteria: B Com (Accounting) with completed Articles, CA (SA), CIMA or equivalent. Accounting review experience. Minimum 3 years managerial experience. Advance Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of IFRS. Demonstrates consistent behaviour aligned to the Organizational Performance & Culture. Desirable Criteria: Experience in Navision/Business Central. SOX Experience Experience in reviewing AFS. market related
