Senior Financial Accountant - Johannesburg

My client is a JSE listed entity been around for over 25 years based in the North of Johannesburg, with key focus on both Residential and Commercial Property.
This role reports to the Finance Manager and will assume responsibility for Preparation of annual financial statements, balance sheet, income statements, profit and loss statements, cashflow, responsible for control over funds and assets of the company or the landlord. Will also be responsible for large portfolios at a time. More responsibility is liaise with auditors, banks and financial institutions, bank reconciliations

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- SAP advantageous
- 5 years relevant Commercial Property Industry
- MDA System knowledge non-negotiable
