NBC Holdings is a leading force in the South African employee benefits arena, providing a comprehensive range of employee benefits, products and services to 120 registered pension and provident funds, representing the retirement fund savings of more than 350 000 members Manage fund accounting processes for employee benefits Prepare accurate financial statements, investment reports and compliance documentation Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance Analyse investment transactions, valuations and performance metrics Mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on complex accounting matters Office Administration functions Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field CPA or CFA certification preferred Minimum 5 years experience in fund accounting Proficiency in accounting software Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem solving skills Good interpersonal skills Strong work ethic Time management Team player Good track record
