We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to create visually appealing graphics, designs, and layouts for various projects. You should have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair, and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. This position requires proficiency in graphic design software and a solid understanding of design principles. Manage client proposals. Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images and readability. Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief. Logging hours on timekeeping system. Ensuring that clients are notified at specified points of the monthly retainer hours. Time management and tracking. Liaising with clients to determine their requirements, timescale and budget. Working with clients' ideas and managing their expectations. Build and maintain strong working relationships. Being proactive on projects given and providing ideas for content prior to deadline. Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained. Plan and prioritise, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands. Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change. Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs. Ability to work under pressure. Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in a digital agency Qualifications: A Degree in Graphic Art/Design
