Matric
B.Com Honours
Valid Drivers License & Own vehicle
Experienced in managing a headcount of 250 500
Willing to travel within Gauteng region and South Africa
MS Office(Advanced) and Payroll Knowledge
Creating and overseeing the delivery of the people strategy
Mentor, coach and develop employees
Implement and execute HR goals and objective which support business priorities
HR related local governance and compliance
Drive and steer business interactions with Group HC and operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
Proven organizational development skills
Experience of working in a complex, dynamic and constantly changing environment with a high focus on collaboration
