Reference: JHB000248-CB-1 Our client, a prominent player in the FMCG industry, is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to take charge of their group's HR operations. Minimum Requirements: A degree in HR is essential (Honours is advantageous) At least 10 years experience in a similar role. Ability to lead and direct the HR team. Experience in an FMCG environment would be an advantage but not essential. Familiarity with change management would be a distinct advantage. Main Accountabilities (but not limited to) Direct the administration of compensation, benefits, employment, and employee relations programs in the organization. Participate in the development of business plans in partnership with Senior Management. Ensure that appropriate and accurate information is processed for salaries. Counsel and coach managers, team leaders, and supervisors in the resolution of employee issues. Implement measures to attract and retain competent staff and source new staff via recruitment agencies or relevant job portals. 1.100 000 - 1.200 000 - Annually
