Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that align with their business goals. Leadership: Lead a team of industrial engineers and other professionals involved in the project, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project success. Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of industrial engineering principles, techniques, and methodologies to solve complex problems and optimise processes. Modelling: Developing financial models to forecast project revenues, expenses, cash flows, and financial performance. This includes sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling to assess the project's financial resilience under various conditions. Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to guide data-driven decisions for projects. Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions and ensure successful project delivery. and Reporting: Prepare detailed project plans, progress reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders. Ensure that projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices, addressing any compliance issues proactively. Training and Development: Mentor junior engineers, provide training on industrial engineering concepts and methodologies and promote professional growth within the team. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum of 5 years' experience QUALIFICATION BEng & BSc in Industrial Engineering SKILLS The candidate must have the following skills: Excellent report writing skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Office experience. Demonstrates business & financial expertise – sound knowledge of engineering financial models. The candidate must be able to: Communicate effectively. and act strategically. the execution of projects. Manage junior team members WORK ENVIRONMENT The candidate will work in a team of dynamic, qualified and motivated technical staff. We collaborate with internal departments, including environmental, civil, architectural, quantity surveying and mechanical professions.
