- Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in Training, Teaching, Learning or Education
- Tertiary Qualification in Computer Integrated Education, Multimedia Course Design or similar
- Strong working knowledge of Course Development Software, Instructional Authoring Software, Instructional Education Models and Web, Mobile or Multimedia Products
- Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive OEM International and Multi-Cultural environment
- Stable track record and contactable references
- Negotiable Basic Salary, based on experience
