Minimum Requirements:- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Automotive Training Administration and Coordination
- Tertiary Qualification in Training or Business Administration or similar
- Strong working knowledge of Support Learning and Development Planning, Automotive Dealer Operations, Learner Management Systems, Product Launches and Events
- Experience with administration of SETA Skills Programmes and Learnerships will be advantageous
- Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive OEM International and Multi-Cultural environment
- Stable track record and contactable references
Salary Structure:
- Negotiable Basic Salary, based on experience
