As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be at the forefront of design innovation, responsible for a range of tasks including space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E selection. Your keen eye for detail and creativity will ensure that each project is executed with precision and finesse. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing design projects from conception to completion Ensuring that designs align with client needs, expectations and budget restraints Overseeing a team of designers and collaborating effectively with other departments - Working in a team environment and collaborating effectively with other departments Upholding compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Assisting in setting up the projects on the cloud with BIM Collaborate PRO Auditing models to ensure models are healthy Keeping the Revit Template up to date Upholding and assisting the LOB Manager in maintaining the company drawing standards Assisting in mentoring juniors with design and drawing standards Utilizing advanced design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Twinmotion, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Contributing your expertise to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of commercial spaces Qualifications & Expertise: To excel in this role, you will need: Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings Strong Revit experience specifically in BIM management. Strong experience in Interior Design and FF&E selection Proven ability to oversee multiple design projects Advanced knowledge of design software such asRevit, AutoCAD,Twinmotion, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Min of 10 years PLUS experience in Commercial and Retail interiors Proven track record of successfully implemented projects, outlining your involvement from start to finish.
