As a Senior IT Auditor, you will lead and execute audits focused on assessing the effectiveness of IT controls, systems, and processes. You will play a critical role in identifying vulnerabilities, evaluating cybersecurity measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive IT audits independently or in a team setting, adhering to audit plans and timelines.
Evaluate IT infrastructure, systems development processes, and information security protocols.
Assess risks related to data integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Identify and communicate audit findings, technical issues, and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement audit recommendations and improve control environments.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices to enhance audit methodologies.
Participate in special projects and provide technical expertise as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. CISA, CISSP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum 4 8 years experience in IT auditing, with 2 years experience in a senior role.
Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO).
Proficiency in conducting technical assessments of networks, databases, and applications.
Experience with audit tools and techniques for IT audits.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
