A medium-sized property and TMT law firm is looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney. Transactional Property Litigation: Represent clients in litigation pertaining to property transactions, ensuring adherence to legal protocols and achieving favorable outcomes through thorough case preparation and strategic advocacy. Dispute Resolution: Facilitate the resolution of legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, employing a proactive approach to mitigate client risk and preserve business relationships. Contractual Disputes: Handle legal proceedings arising from contractual disagreements, offering comprehensive analysis of contractual terms, diligent preparation of legal strategies, and effective representation in court or alternative dispute resolution forums. Lease and Tenancy Disputes: Advocate on behalf of landlords or tenants in disputes related to lease agreements, providing expert guidance on rights and obligations, pursuing resolutions that align with client objectives, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. LLB degree. Demonstrating a solid academic foundation in law and legal principles. Admitted attorney with extensive litigation experience spanning 5 to 10 years, specializing in commercial law. Proven track record in handling complex litigation cases, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Possess proficiency in commercial drafting, although not mandatory, providing additional value through expertise in drafting legal documents such as contracts and agreements tailored to commercial requirements.
