Reference: EL002801-J-1 We are seeking a Senior Manager : People Management for a permanent role based in Pretoria, Gauteng Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: NQF Level 7 HR / People Management qualification 3 years' experience in a senior management HR role or 10 years in a middle management HR Role together with extensive years HRM experience and specialist knowledge in labour law, organizational design, learning and development and providing strategic advice A post graduate qualification at NQF L8 and registration with a HR professional body advantageous Must have in-depth knowledge of all applicable legislation relating to HR Valid drivers and good computer skills (MS Packages / Sage VIP 300) Ideal candidate must have come from the educational industry The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Develop, and implement people management strategy and policy Development, implementation and leading a learning organisation strategy and roadmap Improve and implement the learning and development strategy to ensure it is a learning organisation Develop a comprehensive employee value proposition strategy Ensure a reliable HR Information System (HRIS) to inform business strategy Lead talent management and organisational design and development, to ensure that it effectively delivers on mandate Provide employment relations support and manage labour relations with stakeholders Manage the People Management Business Unit Salary: R1 216 824.00 – R1 433 355.00 per annum CTC including benefits To apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to janinesheldon.co.za If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful R1 216 824.00 - R1 433 355.00 - Annually
