Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: - NQF Level 7 HR / People Management qualification
- 3+ years experience in a senior management HR role or 10 years in a middle management HR Role together with extensive years HRM experience and specialist knowledge in labour law, organizational design, learning and development and providing strategic advice
- A post graduate qualification at NQF L8 and registration with a HR professional body advantageous
- Must have in-depth knowledge of all applicable legislation relating to HR
- Valid drivers and good computer skills (MS Packages / Sage VIP 300)
- Ideal candidate must have come from the educational industry
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: - Develop, and implement people management strategy and policy
- Development, implementation and leading a learning organisation strategy and roadmap
- Improve and implement the learning and development strategy to ensure it is a learning organisation
- Develop a comprehensive employee value proposition strategy
- Ensure a reliable HR Information System (HRIS) to inform business strategy
- Lead talent management and organisational design and development, to ensure that it effectively delivers on mandate
- Provide employment relations support and manage labour relations with stakeholders
- Manage the People Management Business Unit
Salary: R1 216 824.00 R1 433 355.00 per annum CTC including benefits
