Our client, is a multinational manufacturing company, with group offices situated Globally. They have an exciting opportunity to join their business on a 1 year fixed term contract . Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall planning function and ensuring effective scheduling of all activities across the project. Minimum Job Requirements: Primavera Certification. Min 10 to 15 years’ in project planning environment essential. Engineering qualification an added advantage. SAP and Primavera Superuser. Microsoft Projects. Exposure to large scale projects. Boiler construction experience, an added advantage. Key Performance Areas: Compile a consolidated schedule for the project by combining all available information and sub-schedules available. Co-ordinate the planning and scheduling function for the project. Stakeholder management. Ensure process and resource optimisation. Develop and maintain the project schedule on Microsoft Projects / Primavera. Proactively obtain progress updates from construction personnel or appointed contractors. Field validation of construction progress. Integrate project schedules into project master plan. Compile weekly and monthly schedule progress reports and S-Curve development. Flag schedule risks to Management. Identify mitigations for schedule risks and issues.
