We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our client's ambitious renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change in the renewable energy industry while working with a talented and passionate team. Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholder Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in project management within the renewable energy sector, with a successful track record of delivering large-scale projects. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts. In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, market trends, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in project management tools and software. R700 000 CTC to R900 000 CTC per annum based on experience and qualifications
