We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience managing complex projects in mining and construction, with a strong preference for individuals with a background in mechanical engineering. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that arise. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients. Foster a positive and productive team environment, mentoring and supporting team members as needed. Project Management - PMBOK Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Certificate in Project Management, PMP certification highly recommended Professional registration advantageous A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the Mining industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
