Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment software packages to identify top talent.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
Meet and exceed KPIs and performance metrics consistently

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in a remote setting.
Strong proficiency in recruitment software packages and tools.
Track record of meeting KPIs and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
