Technical Competencies and responsibilities

Proficiency in equipment capability and maintenance.
Strong root cause analysis and fault-finding experience.
Knowledge of manufacturing principles.
Excellent computer, report writing, and presentation skills.
Experience conducting critical analysis of systems to eliminate repetitive defects and optimize asset reliability.
Experience performing failure analyses on breakdowns and planned corrective maintenance, generating monthly reports and action plans.
Analyze failures and compile data to focus on repeat problems and design out issues.
