Our client in the Office Automation industry is currently looking for a Senior Sales Specialist - Account Manager , in Cape Town. Play a key role in retaining existing clients and key customers, achieving sales targets, being responsible for managing expectations, and overseeing that a client's needs are met in a timely fashion. Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients. Coordinate with various teams so that the customer's expectations are met. Continue their assessment of a client's needs and business objectives. Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives. Help management with company-wide strategic planning. Upsell a company's services and solutions. Manage a client's projects from beginning to end. Take a client's requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements. External sales - involves customer visits, driving to and from customers. Cold calling (new business side). Must have 3-5 years of Office Automation experience. Matric qualification or equivalent. Own vehicle. A proven sales and client retention experience. R20 000 to R30 000 per month.
