Requirements: · National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Project Management. · Minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience as Site Agent/project manager with creditable references. · Registration with SACPCMP will be to your advantage. · Must have management experience in the following fields, project integration, project scope, project time management, cost, quality, HR, communication, risk, and procurement management. · Must have technical experience in Civil and building infrastructure. · Must have the ability to deal with and manage subcontractors and communities. Key Responsibilities: · Ensuring project deadlines are met, in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. · Prepare and present progress reports, and status updates to clients and senior management. · Implementing improvements and demonstrating initiative. · Estimate material usage on site/placing orders. · Budget and cost Management.
