We are seeking a motivated and experienced Snr Software Engineer to join our team and lead our development efforts towards successful project delivery. Guide development efforts towards successful project delivery Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching/mentorship and code review Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by maintaining good practices and habits Maintain meeting time frames set out within a scrum methodology Implement and carry out effective internal QA processes for all pieces of work Drive projects to ensure timely completion External stakeholder management: Meeting with internal managers and external companies, developing plans and next steps, ensuring Company's brand image to be upheld throughout Ensure adequate preparations are undertaken for new projects.
