REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Own vehicle and valid drivers license
7 10 years proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in footwear
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to plan, organize, and manage administrative tasks effectively

DUTIES:

Manage and lead a team of individuals with enthusiasm and energy
Ensure high customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations every day
Achieve and surpass sales and expense control targets consistently
Drive promotions and generate customer traffic with a standout mentality
Lead by example, inspiring both the team and customers through our brands
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Merchandise Department to ensure adequate stock
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
