Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure trucks are loaded as per GFC policy and procedure.
Compilation of necessary documentation including dispatch fracturing and weigh bridge ticket.
Daily stock report to management.
Stock-take as required by management.
Liaise with internal departments on an ongoing basis to ensure quality service and products.
Ensure cases/ pallets per square meter targets are met.
Ensure warehouse layout is optimized through correct placing of stock/ goods.
Ensure products are picked and dispatched to ensure delivery schedule times are achieved.
Continuous stock-control to limit financial losses.
Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained.
Demonstrate leadership skills, motivation and conflict resolution.
Mentor and coach subordinates.
Manage the performance of subordinates and discipline in the workplace.
