Our manufacturing client is looking for a Senior Technical Key Account Manager to service large manufacturing entities/large corporate accounts in the Gauteng region. Provide continuous support and service to maintain and grow relationships with key accounts. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly Conduct regular visits to clients to build and strengthen relationships. Understand clients' business needs and goals to offer tailored solutions. Prepare detailed quotations based on customer requirements. Follow up on quotations to ensure conversion to sales. Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive sales growth. Address all customer queries promptly and effectively. Ensure a quick response to customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels. Document all customer meetings, interactions, and queries accurately. Complete and submit detailed weekly sales reports outlining activities, progress, and forecasts. Analyse sales data to inform strategies and improve performance. Verify commission reports to ensure accuracy and correctness. Resolve any discrepancies in commission calculations promptly. Develop and set realistic sales projections for upcoming financial periods. Utilise market trends and historical data to inform projections. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and account management. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skilled in documenting and reporting sales activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with sales management software and systems. Adept at handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly. Proficient in preparing and presenting quotations. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. Valid driver's license.
