The suitable person will have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering with 5 years Sales experience within the Construction Industry. Achieve Sales targets through strategic management of regional and personal sales goals, emphasizing contractor market engagement and comprehensive customer relationship management Develop and nurture customer relationships, both new and existing, while maintaining control over personal trade spending in the assigned region Ensure effective internal and external communication of the Company's value propositions, training customers in product usage and value-added features Build lasting relationships to secure market advantage, meet key performance indicators, and sustain target closure rates Comply with company reporting standards and ethical codes, maintain confidentiality, and manage product performance issues according to company guidelines Diploma in Civil or Chemical Engineering 5 Years Sales experience in the Construction Industry Market related
