We are seeking dynamic and experienced Trainers/Facilitators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for employee development and a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. As a Trainer/Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our employees' skills, knowledge, and performance, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our organization Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess training needs. Design and develop engaging and impactful training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives. Create a variety of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content. Conduct training sessions using various methods, such as instructor-led training, workshops, and virtual training platforms. Facilitate interactive and participatory learning experiences to ensure maximum engagement and knowledge retention. Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences. Effectively communicate complex concepts and information in a clear and accessible manner. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed. Utilize technology to enhance training delivery Stay current on the latest learning technologies and incorporate them into training programs where applicable. Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in IT-related fields/Human Resource Management 3 years in training and moderation. Facilitator and Moderator Certificate (Required) Market Related
