Service Advisor - South Africa
Our client has an opportunity available for a Service Advisor based in KwaZulu-Natal. Requirements: Must have previous Service Advisor experience- preferably on commercial vehicles. Must be computer literate. Police clearance since it will be required to work with cash when required. Responsibilities: Receive customer vehicles at workshop entry. Interview the driver or owner and determining the service needs. Open job cards on the system. Compile service and repair quotes and communicate with customers. Obtain authorisation from the customer for the work to be completed. Liaise with customers with regards to completion times. Receive payment form customers.
