Our client, a forward-thinking and upmarket dealership with modern business practices, is looking for a Service Advisor who is passionate about customer interactions and committed to maintaining a professional business image to join their team to take on the responsibilities of greeting customers upon arrival, with a chirpy and friendly demeanour, ensuring accurate entry of warranty and motor plan details into the system, updating the DMS and tracking all vehicles throughout the service process, liaising with the customer and technicians throughout the service process, ensuring accurate invoice payments, handling vehicle handovers, conducting customer follow-ups and reminders and maintaining a high CSI. To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised dealership, have a valid Code B Drivers License, be proficient with a DMS, have great interpersonal skills, a good eye for detail and be willing to take great pride in the brand.
Job Requirements. Matric Certificate
Completed Certified Service Advisor Certificate (Advantageous)
A valid Drivers License and own vehicle
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership
Above average customer service skills
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have a clear understanding of Service Advisor duties
Have working knowledge of a DMS and of MS Office Suite
A stable work history
