Basic salary offer, monthly bonus and quarterly incentive offered. The successful candidate will have at least one year experience as a Service Advisor. Duties will include: Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs. Provide accurate estimates for service and repairs. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Communicate with customers about service progress and additional repairs. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure plus Medical aid and pension fund contribution
