Successful IT Company needs a dynamic Service Desk Administrator with good telephone ethic to join their team. Answering all incoming calls (client service, switchboard) Dealing with all client queries with the calls that are open and new calls that are coming in. Managing IT engineers, sending the engineers the calls that come in, providing support for the call that the engineer is attending, handling anything related from beginning of the call till the call is finished. Filing, scanning of job cards. Emailing, browsing on the internet for information of calls. Retrieving job cards from engineers and completing the call Working (ITSM) to update and complete call statuses. Handling client queries and resolving complaints / issues. Completing of call documents and reporting feedback of call to client. Updating and completing feedback of calls on ITSM. Creating job cards for engineers. Managing engineers and planning their calls. Recon monthly work that has been done for invoicing. All of the above is to a daily basis but not limited to Must have Matric Own Transport Min 3 years similar experience R10000
