Our client is on the hunt for a strategic and detail-oriented Share Scheme Administrator to spearhead their employee share ownership plans. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement and aligning interests with the company's growth objectives. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and managing these critical programs, ensuring compliance and maximizing the value for both the organization and its employees Responsibilities: Lead the design and rollout of Employee Share Ownership Plans, tailoring them to the company's culture and strategic goals. Conduct thorough ESOP performance evaluations, providing insights into their impact on employee morale and company outcomes. Craft and execute effective communication strategies to ensure employees are well-informed and engaged with the ESOP. Collaborate across departments to maintain ESOP compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. Offer expert advice to senior management on share scheme optimization to enhance the company's B-BBEE scorecard and transformation efforts. Serve as the primary liaison with external ESOP service providers, ensuring seamless plan administration. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications in these areas are a plus. At least 5 years of experience in managing share schemes or compensation programs within a complex, multinational context. Proficiency in financial analysis, legal compliance, and stakeholder management is highly beneficial. A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel both locally and regionally.
