Reference: NPr001149-EHo-1 A multinational quarries conglomerate seeks to employ an experienced Logistics and Shipping Clerk to join one of their South African subsidiaries. The role will be base onsite in Brits, North West. T he purpose of this role will be to provide support to the shipping and warehouse teams. Job & Company Description: Duties will include, but are not limited to: Communicate with clients & shippers and resolve any complaints or queries that arise Daily tasks and operations of planning & loading of shipping processes, receiving and creating packing lists Negotiate shipping fees Prepare sales reports Keep record of inbound and outbound shipment information Manage shipments Collaborate and communicate with packing technicians Organize and monitor distribution Excellent knowledge of import and export regulations and requirements Education: Completed Matric (Grade 12) Relevant tertiary finance qualification preferred Job Experience & Skills Required: 3 to 4 years' experience within a shipping / logistics role essential Solid knowledge of import and export regulations and requirements essential Manufacturing industry knowledge will be advantageous Knowledge of SAP highly beneficial Experience working with electronic data, MS Excel & MS Word Meticulous attention to detail Deadline driven Apply now For more finance jobs, please visit www.networkrecruitmentinternational .com If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
